A $00.00 deposit will reserve puppy for the buyer until the puppy is ready to be shipped by the seller or picked up by the buyer in which the remaining balance of $____________is due in full in the form of Cash. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The puppy must be paid for in full by the time the said puppy is 8 weeks old or when your picking ur puppy up. If the said puppy is being shipped, Puppies will not be shipped before they are 8-12 weeks old. Every effort will be made by the seller to assure that the puppy is healthy when it is delivered to the buyer. When puppy is picked up, he/she will have current shots and worming. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses incurred from the date the puppy is picked up.
The dog will be properly licensed and inoculated against rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and other communicable diseases as recommended by a qualified veterinarian. In order for the guarantee to remain in effect you must keep receipts and records to verify you have regularly taken your pup to a
duly licensed veterinarian for checkups and all required immunizations. If buyer fails to do so any/all guarantees are null and void with no reimbursement to buyer. __________(initial)
The Buyer agrees that this puppy will not be raised on slippery surfaces only, not be allowed to jump up and down stairs, rough-house with larger dogs, jump down from heights or out of cars, etc., as this type of activity will contribute to the breakdown of joints and growing bones, dislocation of shoulders, hips and damaged elbows. The Buyer further agrees that the puppy's weight will be under strict supervision until the dog reaches his/her second birthday. It is better to have the dog slightly underweight then overweight as excess weight contributes to structural breakdown of the dog. Buyer also agrees nothing will be given to the dog that would encourage rapid growth including steroids, nutritional supplements and anything that promotes rapid weight gain.___________(initial)
Health guarantee is only valid until the said puppy reaches 1yr from the date of birth, Health guarantee is against any life-threatening defects. It covers kidney, heart, pancreases, spine, and liver problems of a severe life-threatening nature. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening defect, a complete report from the buyer’s veterinarian must be faxed to the seller within 48 hours after determination. The original puppy must be returned along with all the paperwork and buyer agrees to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership of puppy to seller. If the puppy dies within this one-year period, the buyer will pay for a necropsy to ascertain the reason for death. If the reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy with one of the same value and quality, to be determined by the seller. A replacement puppy may not be available immediately. The buyer will wait until a puppy from a future litter is available. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses to and from seller on a replacement puppy. No monetary refunds will be made. Seller does not cover veterinarian bills. The health guarantee is not valid if the dog has been sold or transferred to a new owner. _______(initial)
We guarantee our puppies/dogs to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. The health guarantee does not cover the following: Treatment for internal or external parasites or bacteria, cherry eye, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and small or collapsed nostrils, bad or uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex, mange, inguinal or hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidian, kennel cough, Giardia, thyroid dysfunction. Buyer agrees they have educated themselves on the health conditions and problems associated with this breed. _____________(initial) Puppies can be severely stressed by change of environment so make sure you are prepared for the responsibility, minor stress related problems such as hypoglycemia, coccidiosis or diarrhea are treatable and not a reason for return. We do not guarantee against worms, ear mites, ear, and eye infections as these are common occurrences in dogs and can easily be treated. All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot guarantee the color, size, or personality of a puppy/dog. _______(initial)

The puppy comes with 1yr health guarantee, first set of shots, deworming, contract, puppy starter pack, AKC papers. Buyer understands this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Washington, in the county of Kittitas. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Kittitas County, Washington. This puppy is not to be used for fighting or to be left outside overnight or kenneled for a 24 hour period, and is not to be sold without notifying the seller beforehand and given the seller first chance to buy the said puppy back. Buyer also agrees to continue to worm puppy until 10-12 weeks of age. Puppy needs a total of 4 puppy shots 3 to 4 weeks apart. Buyer agrees to avoid placing puppy in public area until all the shots and rabies has been given to the puppy by a licensed vet. We feed all the puppies and dog natures Domain small breed puppy food from Costco and recommend the puppy be left on this food until said puppy is between 11 and 12 months old. Buyer also agrees to leave food and water for puppy/dog 24/7, or at least 3 times a day. _______(initial)
Registering your new puppy: The said puppy must be registered under are kennel name for example would be Ocean Blue bulldogs (Silver), so you pick their name and are kennel name goes before it. If puppy is bought with limited AKC then buyer must spay or neuter puppy at 11 months old and send proof from licensed Vet to Seller within 48 hours of doing so, there are NO EXEMPTIONS!!!! IF puppy buyer fails to get said puppy spayed or neutered by 11 months old then buyer has broken this contract. Breaking this contract will end in buyer being charged a penalty of $2000.00, and the health guarantee will be null and void. This contract is legally binding and will be held in Kittitas County Courthouse. Buyer will be responsible for all court fees obtaining to this contract if broken. Once buyer has spayed or neutered said puppy and sends proof from licensed vet to seller, seller will send AKC papers to buyer’s house or buyer can pick them up if they are local. _________(initial)
